WHO WE ARE
​Norfolk Storm is Hampton Roads' one and only womxn's rugby club. It was founded in 1996 by Annie Collier under its original name - Tidewater Storm. Our first game was held in spring as an exhibition match against Philly. Today, the club competes as a Division II team in the Capital Rugby Union and we are proud to provide womxn in the Hampton Roads community with opportunities to learn, play, and grow in the sport of rugby. And whether you've played for many years or are just starting to develop an interest, we would love to have you on our team!
